Care
Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Wash with like-coloured garments. Do not bleach, soak, rub or wring. Hang dry and avoid direct sunlight. Iron, steam or tumble dry only at low temperature (max 30°C / 90°F).

Your Ardore order is dispatched from the Netherlands with DHL Express.

Returns
You may notify us of your decision to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.
You are welcome to try on your garments as you would in a boutique. Please return them carefully packaged, with their original tags where possible. Handling beyond what is necessary to assess the fit and quality may result in a deduction for diminished value.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned items or proof of shipment, whichever comes first. For full-order returns, standard outbound delivery costs are also refunded.
